The French Laundry and Bouchon Bistro chefs wanted to grow their own fresh, organic vegetables for use in their restaurants.
Description
Crop: Variety of vegetables and fruits.
Thermolator 30 x 96' long x 6' eave with roll up sidewalls, double poly roof covering and single poly endwalls.
By adding Agra Tech's Thermolator greenhouse they are able to grow fresh vegetables throughout the year without having to worry about climate changes. Now they are able to provide their own garden fresh vegetables with their meals.

The French Laundry is rated as one of the top 5 restaurants in the world. Bouchon and The French Laundry are owned by Chef Thomas Keller. Thomas Keller is the first American chef to attain the highest Michelin honors.
